Anti-Piracy Policy 

Systems coming in for a wipe and reload will have the OEM cd key 

copied from the machine before clearing of the drive. 

The same operating system present on the machine when it is brought it will be loaded back

 on.  We will not load a higher version of windows for you unless you purchase the operating system.

 All machines Windows 95 and later will require the COA for reinstallation. 

If you do not have a version of Windows on the machine when you call for service, one must be purchased with required hardware.

).  If the customer has provided to Larry’s Onsite Services (PELOS) software for installation or re-installation then the customer hereby warrants and guarantees that all software is authentic and that he/she has all appropriate and valid licenses to such software. 

Under no circumstances will any software be loaded unless the customer had the ORIGINAL installation media.  NO EXCEPTIONS will be made to this policy.
